Being a parent is a demanding job.  Many parents get by through a combination of instinct,
advice, reading and family support, but this is not always enough.  Parents often need help
to ensure that small problems in a child's behaviour do not grow unchecked into difficulties
for the child or the family.  By learning better parenting skills, we can help to improve our
children's health and educational upbringing, as well as their own confidence of self-esteem.
